WebNov 21, 2024 · Hello, What is your opinion on an acceptable return static pressure reading. My system was reading .28 on the return side before the air filter. My system is all flex duct. One of the ducts was a 10 inch that turns into a wye that feeds two 8 inch returns in the floor. I severed that wye and ran the 10 inch directly to one 8 inch return in the floor.
