I know that I can do this on my compter, but I always have it set to high latencies for more efficient mixkng. I'd like to keep my budget to less than $500. In effect, each key is a crude tape machine and when a key is pressed, a pinch roller moves down onto a constantly rotating capstan that runs the length of the keyboard.

All of which are great. The GForce MTron sounds amazing, but it would be nice if they updated their interface. Considering that the Mellotron keyboards are just playing samples, why not just use a computer and get the vast GForce MTron Pro library?
WebJan 5, 2014 · Plenty of mellotron samples out there for Structure. Or if you really like your M-Tron Pro, try using it through Reaper or VEP. UVI workstation works well with PT11 and they have a melotron pack for $99. Check out the demo video here, it sounds pretty nice.
