WebExpect to fly about one flight per week, probably less. Expect to be be treated like an E-4, but have the responsibility of an O-3. Do not expect to be treated like an Air Force jet pilot demigod. After about three years, you will probably become a pilot in command and a year or two later you can pick one of the four main tracks.
