WebThe Idaho Reviewconsiders previously unpublished polished short stories, creative nonfiction, and poetry for annual publication. Please indicate your genre in your cover letter and upload your piece to our online submission manager: Submittable. Our upcoming reading period will open September 15, 2024 and close November 15, 2024. WebSubmissions We accept unsolicited submissions all months of the year except for June, July, and August. Please submit only one story or essay at a time (10,000 words or fewer), or up to six poems. Short reviews (1,500 words or fewer) are published exclusively on our website. Our average response time is ten weeks.
